Welcome to the Worship Renaissance Module!
The Worship Renaissance Module is an invitation to religious educators to deepen their understanding of Unitarian Universalist worship and bring their unique perspectives to our collective conversations.
- Ground an understanding of worship in the guiding principles of faith formation.
- Explore common elements, rituals, and tools created for sensory-rich worship.
- Equip participants with the skills to develop inclusive worship experiences for people of many ages and identities.
Please note that registration for this training takes place on UUA.org and you must sign up there. Registration is limited to 15 participants and the fee for this six-session module is $300, payable on a sliding scale according to availability to pay. Registration deadline is June 27, 2023.
The module is an online learning experience comprised of six 2-hour webinars with reading and other assignments for each session. Credit will be offered for full participation in the module. Full participation includes:
- Online attendance at six 2-hour sessions;
- Reading, reflections, and activities to prepare for each session;
- Completion of final project; and
- Submission of final evaluation within a week of the ending of the module
