This training provides the skills and resources colleagues need to serve in a mentoring role with colleagues in ministerial formation and other professionals seeking credentialing. There are five modules in this training. Each includes a video (each about 2 hours), handouts, slides, and discussion prompts.
This training is required for folks who are mentoring individuals in Preliminary Fellowship as per the MFC rules. UUMA members who register on the UUMA website can receive a coupon code.
This training is recommended for Mentors/Vocational Advisors – UUA/UUMA Ministerial Formation Network Program.
This training is also recommended for participants in the UUA RE Credentialing Program , and the AUUMusic Ministries certification program.
Goals of the Training:
To equip mentors with a set of tools that can support the formation experience of folks preparing for vocations in UU religious leadership.
