This training equips congregational leaders to strengthen the relational and organizational foundations that sustain thriving UU communities. Effective boundaries support mission alignment, reduce harm, and promote the wellbeing of leaders, ministry teams, and the wider congregation.
Participants will explore boundaries at three levels: identifying and communicating your own boundaries, recognizing and honoring the boundaries of others, and embedding clarity, accountability, and consent into congregational culture and structures. You’ll gain practical tools, frameworks, and reflective exercises to integrate these practices across congregational life.
