This course is required for all Mosaic Skill Up group facilitators (Modules 1-5) and anyone planning on using the Mosaic Lifespan Anti-Racism Curriculum (all modules). However, any facilitator interested in using an AR/AO/MC lens in their facilitation is encouraged to take this course.

You can learn more about the Mosaic Lifespan Anti-Racism Curriculum at the UUA website.

Modules 1-4 are foundational modules that are applicable to facilitating in person, mulit-platform, or online groups including:

  1. Doing our own AR/AO/MC transformation work
