The skills that board members and other leaders need are changing, and we are here to help! The Central East Region offers this training to complement Helpful Board Habits.
This training is also pre-work for a 3 hour workshop offered by the Central East Region of the UUA usually scheduled to start in the late summer.
Your board or other leaders are welcome to take this training on your own, and to use the materials and activities for a board or leadership retreat. We recommend registering as a group.
