Description
The first in our suite of four Leadership Development courses, this course is designed for people considering leadership, or who have leadership experience in contexts other than Unitarian Universalist faith communities.
We will cover how covenant is the center of UU faith, how our congregational polity works, and how we can create strong, healthy communities. We will also cover a deeper understanding of being a committed member of our congregations and the wider UUA. We then finish with how being a member of a congregation is a “lab” for building Beloved Community.
Instructors: This course is team-taught by the UUA Congregational Life Staff LeaderLab design team, the Rev. Dr. Jonipher Kwong, the Rev. Renée Ruchotzke, and Kathy McGowan.
Please note: Group Registration is for congregational groups where one person is paying for all the participants in one transaction. If each person will be purchasing their own access, this is not appropriate for you. Please read our Group Enrollment FAQ before purchasing.
